Château l'Eden was created in 2016 by Amélie and Fabien FAGET, winemakers.
By buying this vineyard, we wanted to build our paradise, hence the name "EDEN" that we gave it.
The logo represents the end of a peacock feather, itself bird of paradise! Our vineyard extends today on 12 Ha. It is located in the town of St Christoly-de-Medoc, on the edge of the Gironde Estuary which offers a privileged climate.
Our wine, in name MÉDOC, is raised in a traditional way, by privileging the manual punching which allows a gentle extraction of the tannins. It is composed mainly of Merlot which brings the fruit and the flexibility. The structure of the wine is brought by Cabernet Sauvignon.
We offer 3 types of wines: - Castle Eden (Medoc) - Cuvée "APODIS" - Rose "Stop where I'm going to blush! »(Bordeaux Rosé)
