Since 1927, when Christmas and Erminia Giudici founded this artisan ice-cream factory at the end of the street on the beach, several generations have passed, but the recipe has remained unchanged.

He also developed the map. Next to ice cream, pancakes and waffles, the hotel offers a variety of hot and flavored drinks, smoothies, ice-cold lasis, iced teas and a range of frozen cocktails exclusively made with homemade ice cream.

Kevin Vignali, his brother, is devoted to the creation of new fragrances in the laboratory of Soulac-sur-Mer and perfectes the family recipes to make them more tasty.
