Health Fitness Factory – Crossfit & cross training

"Experience our unique cross-training classes in an idyllic setting 200m from the beach.
We are open to all, limited to 8 people, with a WOD (workout) every hour from 9am to 12pm and from 5pm to 8pm.
You will be supervised by qualified coaches certified Level 1, 2 Crossfit who will adapt the classes to your level.
