"Ideally located at the tip of the Médoc, between the Gironde estuary and the ocean, Les Alcyons 3* residence welcomes you in the natural setting of Le Verdon sur Mer. A destination rich in varied landscapes: marshes, forests, estuary beach, ocean dune... Come and discover this corner of paradise by bike or on foot thanks to its cycle paths or hiking trails.

For lovers of cultural heritage, this region is known for its lighthouses, including the famous Cordouan lighthouse, recently listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, its "carrelets" and its vineyards. A wine tour is possible from the residence. Vieux Port aux Huitres will charm you with its huts where you can taste different specialities in its guiguettes and stroll among its art craftsmen.

The residence Les Alcyons is located a few metres from the shops, 400 m from the village centre, 800 metres from the Estuary beach and 2.5 km from the ocean. You will find everything you need for your stay: laundromat, newspaper, bakery, butcher's shop/caterer, pharmacy, restaurants...

The residence consists of several one-storey buildings around a large heated outdoor swimming pool and its paddling pool. There are 3 types of flats: the studio/cabin for 4 people, the 2-room apartment for 6 people and the 3-room apartment for 8 people.

All our flats are fully equipped with a kitchenette including hotplates, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and crockery, a living area with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with bath, separate WC (except in the studios). Television and wifi access are free. Each flat has a balcony or an open terrace with garden furniture.
Some flats are designed for people with reduced mobility and are equipped with a shower instead of a bathtub.
