Nestled among the old oyster huts in the port of Talais is a charming little museum. The "Mémoire du Port", managed by the Friends of the Heritage of Talais, brings together a remarkable collection of oyster farming tools and accessories from what was once a major oyster farming centre in the Nord Médoc.
