When browsing the www.medoc-atlantique.com website, Users are informed that data relating to their connection and browsing is processed by Médoc Atlantique and the administrator of the Platform, in particular by means of cookies and the forms they have filled in. III. Rules of the competition

The winner will be informed by the Office de Tourisme Médoc Atlantique of the results by Instagram story or Facebook publication. The winner will be informed of the procedures to follow in order to receive his/her prize and will receive his/her prize by email.

The winner may not substitute for a third party.

The winner may be asked to prove his/her identity, place of residence and majority, and for minors and those unable to attend school, the authorisation of their legal representative.

The Médoc Atlantique Tourist Office may not be held responsible if, as a result of force majeure, unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control, this competition is cancelled, shortened or modified, without prior notice or explanation. Nor shall it be liable for any compensation of any kind. However, it reserves the right to extend the participation period and to postpone any announced date, without having to justify its decision or respect any notice or be liable for any compensation.

The organisers shall not be held responsible under any circumstances if, due to force majeure or beyond their control, the Office de Tourisme Médoc Atlantique is forced to suspend the said game.

No requests concerning the game or the interpretation of the present rules will be answered. The organisers of the present game are sovereign with regard to the interpretation and application of the present rules, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances during the course of the game, as well as to settle any dispute.

Furthermore, the Médoc Atlantique Tourist Office may not be held responsible for any technical problems that may arise either when connecting to the game or during the game. Neither can it be held responsible for any errors concerning the surname/first name/address/e-mail addresses/telephone number of the persons who took part in this game. No compensation may be claimed by the candidates.

IX. Security and confidentiality

In order to guarantee an appropriate level of security for its users, Médoc Atlantique makes every effort to preserve the security of the data processed. For example, the site is hosted on servers based in France by Thuria and does not transfer any data outside the European Union. The data is kept confidential and in accordance with the declarations to the CNIL.

The RGPD, General Regulation for Data Protection, implies the user's consent regarding the personal data he/she transmits via the form. The data will be used in the context of the request indicated in the form. No other processing will be carried out with this information.
