The USCH federates the various sports and cultural sections in Hourtin and centralises their resources.
In 2023, the association had 29 sections with over 1,000 members each year. These include Pilate, Qi Qong, music, pétanque, walking, scrabble, archery, yoga, tennis, multi-sports and many more!
