Thursday 27 August 2026, from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm at the Maison de Grave: A walk to identify edible wild plants with Laurence Déssimoulie.
During a walk around the Maison de Grave grounds, we will identify edible wild plants and discuss their culinary uses, which are often closely linked to the family’s little medicine cabinet. The outing will conclude with a tasting session featuring the plants we have identified together on site. This tasting will be plant-based and zero-waste.
A contribution of €10 per person is required, to be paid on the day to the guide.
