From 8 to 23 October 2026, the town of Hourtin is rallying against cancer.
Amma sessions every Thursday and Friday at the Salle Bruno (USCH car park):
Energising wellness practice – 20-minute sessions: €17
All proceeds will be donated to the Rose Médoc charity.

Hypno-relaxation workshops open to all women, led by Corinne Souliers, hypnotherapist and nurse:
Small-group workshop – welcome and discussion – breathing and relaxation exercises – guided hypno-relaxation session – reconnecting with yourself and your inner resources.
