The commemorative ceremonies for the 1918 Armistice will take place on Wednesday 11 November from 10.45 am in front of the War Memorial on Place de l’Église.

To mark the commemoration of the Armistice of 11 November 1918, the Municipality of Le Verdon-sur-Mer invites all residents to take part in the remembrance ceremonies to be held on Tuesday 11 November.

This day of remembrance pays tribute to all those who fought and gave their lives for France during the First World War, as well as to all the soldiers who died for the Nation.

Meet at the War Memorial at 10.45 am.
Ceremony at 11 am, followed by the laying of wreaths.
11.15 am: procession to the cemetery, tribute to the fallen, laying of wreaths.
11.45 am: reception at the town hall
