The site has a rustic 9-hole course (par 32), a 10-bay driving range, including 3 covered bays, as well as an approach area and a synthetic putting green. Everything is maintained in a sustainable manner, without watering or chemicals, to fully respect the Médoc ecosystem.

Balata Golf Practice also emphasizes a strong sense of community thanks to its clubhouse, a place for welcoming guests, offering advice, and sharing experiences, as well as a program of activities: friendly competitions, outings, summer events, and introductory sessions for local schools.

An FFGolf-certified golf school allows children and teenagers to learn to play golf throughout the year, supervised by a qualified professional. Equipment can be borrowed on site, making the sport accessible to all.
