Fancy slowing down, taking a deep breath and reconnecting with what really matters? Treat yourself to a genuine break dedicated to wellbeing, surrounded by nature, in the heart of a pine forest, in an idyllic setting, far from the hustle and bustle and the summer crowds.

Classes take place outdoors, amongst the pine trees, in a soothing atmosphere where you can take the time to refocus, reconnect with your body and fully enjoy the present moment. Here, nature is an integral part of the experience: the shade of the trees, the sea air and the tranquillity of the surroundings naturally encourage you to release tension and let go.

Several sessions are offered each week, with different styles to suit your preferences and needs: Vinyasa to combine movement and breathing, Slow Flow for a gentle, flowing practice, or Hatha to take the time to explore the poses and rediscover your balance.

Whether you’re a beginner or a regular practitioner, the classes are suitable for all levels. Everyone progresses at their own pace, without pressure or the need to perform, in a caring and relaxed atmosphere. And to help you get the most out of your session, all the necessary equipment is provided.

Whether on your own, with friends or simply to treat yourself to a break during your holiday, every session is an invitation to slow down, listen to your body and savour the benefits of practising outdoors. Far from the noise and hustle and bustle of the town centre, the pine forest becomes a true haven of serenity, perfect for relaxation and recharging your batteries.
