Itinerant throughout the Médoc, Laurence Dessimoulie, an eco-responsible cook, invites you to discover edible wild plants. Marshes, forests, estuary shores, coastline? the various environments of the Médoc abound in edible plants of all kinds with unsuspected virtues. Thanks to Laurence, seaweed, gorse flowers, ash samaras, wild mustard, pine needles and acorns will soon hold no secrets for you.
At the end of these outings, Laurence offers a tasting workshop of products prepared with the plants she has just introduced you to.
