La Gam'Guette
Come and discover the ‘LA GAM’GUETTE’ restaurant at our aquaculture farm. A warm, friendly, family-oriented spot on the edge of the marshes. Try our prawn specialities and our Claires du Médoc oysters! Open from mid-July to mid-September, every evening from 6.30 pm, subject to the catch.
The restaurant will close on 19 September 2026. It will reopen in May 2027.
