Set in the exceptional surroundings of the wooded Marina de Talaris estate – a 130-hectare private property featuring a small harbour and beaches – this spacious villa spans over 200 m² and boasts a 50 m² wooden terrace, part of which is covered, allowing you to enjoy meals in the sunshine or in the rain. A tree-lined garden featuring local species ensures privacy whilst allowing you to watch the horses passing along the bridle path. Large bay windows let you enjoy the outdoors from inside the house, and the 80 m² living and lounge area can be divided into several separate spaces. A fully fitted kitchen opens onto the dining room and offers plenty of storage space.

The six spacious bedrooms are each fitted with a double bed and one or two single beds. There are also three toilets – one bathroom and two shower rooms. In summer, you can make use of the Marina’s sports facilities in the hamlet, at no extra cost, including four tennis courts, a heated swimming pool, a multi-sports area (basketball, volleyball, football, table tennis, pétanque, etc.) and entertainment. A bar-restaurant near the swimming pool hosts musical evenings. Lacanau Océan is accessible via the cycle paths that run through the Marina.
