Located at the Maison de la Glisse, with its feet in the water and overlooking the beach, the Lacanau Surf Club was founded in 1968 by surfing pioneers. Today, it's the biggest club in France. The "LSC", as the locals call it, offers a range of courses to introduce you to the pleasures of surfing, or to help you improve your skills. It's more than just a discipline that we teach you, it's a way of life in its own right, in harmony with the ocean.

Le Jardin des Vagues offers a range of courses for beginners from the age of 5: a fun way to learn to glide and surf. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced surfer, Lacanau Surf Club has the equipment to meet your needs.

All the comforts you need are at your disposal: changing rooms, hot showers and secure cubicles. Open all year round, the Lacanau Surf Club is certified by the French Surfing Federation and has been awarded the Qualité Tourisme label.
