After lunch, hop on your bike and follow the magnificent cycle paths to Pointe de Grave (9 km).
Pedal between majestic pine forests and sand dunes that offer a breathtaking natural spectacle.
Recommended stops during your ride:
First, take a break at the Verdon pools, artificial basins built to prevent erosion of the coastline - you can swim in them if the weather permits.
You can then stop off at the Maison de Grave in the middle of your itinerary. All year round, the Maison de Grave hosts nature outings, discovery workshops, conferences and research and creative residencies for scientists and artists. When the weather's fine, exhibitions, a stopover lodge for gentle mobility, equestrian activities and a convivial guinguette featuring local cuisine complete the programme at this unusual venue.
15h00 :
When you arrive at the Pointe de Grave, visit the Grave lighthouse museum. As well as learning a little more about the history of the lighthouses of the Médoc, you can climb to the top of the lighthouse for an exceptional panoramic view of the Pointe de Grave, the pine forest and the Cordouan lighthouse. A day rich in discoveries while respecting the environment.
