Magic Surf School

Learn to surf while having fun in a friendly and original setting.

Magic Surf School is located on the Route du Lion on the way to the southern beaches of Lacanau Océan. Easy to get to by bike or on foot, the premises have changing rooms, toilets and a cosy corner for chatting, relaxing, reading, watching surf videos and even discovering local artists in the small art gallery.

The instructor, Adrien Valéro, is a top-level sportsman, and his teaching methods are adapted to the age, level and desires of each individual. He will take you by minibus to the quieter southern beaches of Le Lion to help you learn to surf.

In some of his lessons, he incorporates an iPad so that you can film and analyse your performance directly on the beach.

Introductory lessons (1x2h or 2x2h) and private lessons (1x1h30) are available to help you discover surfing in complete safety.

Half-time (5x2 hours) or full-time (10x2 hours) courses enable you to acquire a solid technical grounding and move closer to autonomy thanks to your knowledge of how the ocean works.

For children aged 5 to 12, there are Magic KIDS courses (5x1h30): they discover surfing through play in complete safety and learn about the potential risks of the natural environment.

Innovative packages, such as Magic Girls, Magic Parents and Magic Groups, are also available outside the summer season.
