The villa is located in the Atlantic Green residence (villa 24), around 2km from the beach and 4km from the shops and lake.
It is within easy reach of the Ardilouse (18-hole) and Méjane (9-hole) golf courses, Vitalparc, tennis courts, squash courts, etc.
This residence comprises individual villas with private swimming pools (open from May to the end of September, weather permitting).
