Located in Talais, at the tip of the Médoc region, a few kilometers from Soulac-sur-Mer, Nelly and Nicolas Lahouati invite you on a unique culinary journey. Each dish is a discovery, combining local Médoc produce with gastronomic influences from around the world.
After running two hotels and two restaurants for 18 years in the Perche region of Eure-et-Loir, Nelly and Nicolas chose the Médoc for its beauty, warm welcome, and exceptional terroir, between land and ocean. This natural setting, which changes with the seasons, inspires and amazes at every moment.
Nelly, dedicated to service and hospitality, and Nicolas, a passionate chef with an unusual career path, will welcome you to their new establishment.
The restaurant, housed in a period wine cellar, offers a warm and elegant atmosphere. Its dining room, both understated and contemporary, harmoniously combines old-world charm and modernity, creating the perfect space to savor the chef's culinary creations. In season, a terrace overlooking a citrus garden allows you to enjoy the sunny days.
