The beach of Saint Nicolas is a magnificent natural ocean beach which is located at the level of the tip of the Médoc. It has a wooded area behind the dune that allows you to park, and is also equipped with picnic tables. To go there by bike, you just have to take the Vélodyssée, the beach is accessible by foot at about 450 meters from the track.
Ideal place to try surfing and bodyboarding, it is also a great spot for picnics: dinner at sunset with a view of the Cordouan lighthouse, hard to find a prettier place! On the other hand, it is necessary to bring your provisions, because there are no shops nearby, you will be plunged in the middle of nature!
The beach is accessible to naturists and textiles
Animals are not allowed on the beach during the summer period, please refer to the rules posted at the entrance of the beach.
