Carcans-Maubuisson, a charming resort situated on the shores of one of France’s largest lakes. Christian and Nicole are offering you a superb villa in an idyllic location overlooking the beach.
You can stay in our villa, which sleeps up to 10 people.

It comprises: a 10.65 terrace with lake views, a combined living and dining room, a circular lounge area with coffee tables, and a TV lounge with a sofa and coffee tables, covering a total area of 35.65 m².

A fully equipped 12m² kitchen with ample storage, a ceramic hob, a multifunction pyrolytic oven with microwave, a fridge, as well as a Nespresso machine, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a blender and a toaster.

A hallway leading to a storage room with a separate toilet and washbasin, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit and hairdryer,

as well as 5 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: 13.60 m² with a 140/190 bed and a linen cupboard.
Bedroom 2: 12.54 m² with a 140/190 bed and a linen cupboard.
Bedroom 3: 13.73 m² with two 90 cm beds and a chest of drawers.

You can enjoy sunbathing and a garden lounge set with a barbecue for delicious grilled meals.

There’s also a table tennis table for your lovely holiday evenings.

Private car park with space for four cars – you can leave your car behind during your stay.

All local shops, a market selling regional produce (every Wednesday), the cinema, the library and entertainment are all within easy reach.
Water sports on the lake opposite the villa, including swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, water skiing, windsurfing and pedalos, as well as tennis courts 200 metres away.

The ocean is 4 km away.
Lacanau Golf Course is 10 km away.

On a cycle ride along the safe cycle paths, you can explore the various sites surrounding this beautiful resort. You’ll appreciate the vastness of the Atlantic coastline and the Étang du Cousseau nature reserve, where you can discover unspoilt nature.

Perfectly signposted walking trails in the heart of our beautiful pine forest allow you to immerse yourself in nature.

You’ll also discover the Bombannes site, where you can take part in supervised sports and water-based activities, and where amateur anglers can indulge their passion.

Visits to châteaux in the Médoc – featuring prestigious grands crus as well as small-scale winegrowers who are passionate about their terroir – will allow you to sample excellent wines at very affordable prices.
