La Bambino fait son Show is THE festival for children aged 3 and over! Over the course of a weekend, the Île aux Enfants in Hourtin Port is transformed into a veritable paradise for the little ones. Entertainment, games and shows will punctuate these two days of fun and discovery.

Every year, on the second weekend in June, Hourtin Port plays host to this not-to-be-missed family event. On the Île aux Enfants, young and old come together for a magical weekend of varied entertainment. Singers, storytellers, face-painters and artists from all walks of life delight the young spectators, offering moments of joy and sharing as a family !

A family festival
La Bambino fait son Show takes place every year on the second weekend in June at Hourtin Port. It’s a weekend dedicated to families, where young and old alike can get together for a real festival where children are king! Artists from all over the world come to liven up the weekend on the Ile aux Enfants, with singers, storytellers, face painters…

2.15 pm – Frédéric Bardet: a musical moment for young and old alike
3.00 pm – Guignol Guérin: meet the famous Guignol in his authentic form
3.45 pm – Julia Webb & Mathieu: prepare to be amazed with a magic show
4.45 pm – Guignol Guérin: the return of Lyon’s most famous puppet
5.30 pm – Frédéric Bardet: songs and good cheer for the whole family
Non-stop entertainment
Lou Béret: traditional wooden toys and original creations for the whole family to enjoy
Face-painting workshop: colourful, fun and slightly offbeat face painting
Carousel: a carousel designed for the little ones
Duck fishing: the classic game that children still love just as much
The setting, the Ile aux Enfants in the Port of Hourtin
L’Île aux Enfants is entirely pedestrianised, much to the delight of families. No cars are allowed, but don’t panic, there’s a large car park nearby, just before taking the bridge that leads to this bubble of nature.
It’s the perfect opportunity to discover the port of Hourtin, get a change of scenery and enjoy a lovely stroll before taking in the Bambino fait son Show. A magical moment to enjoy with the family… almost cut off from the world !
