The Caraïbos Lacanau Pro is one of the oldest stops on the professional surfing circuit. Surfers from all over the world come to compete on the beach at Lacanau Océan. Naujac Bus Camp is an innovative camping concept located in Naujac-sur-Mer. It’s an original, eco-friendly campsite offering unique accommodation in converted buses. This event is aimed at camping enthusiasts looking for a unique and different experience.

The Surf & Golf Trophy is a unique competition that brings golf and surf enthusiasts together. Participants compete against each other on the waves and fairways of the famous seaside resort of Lacanau on the Atlantic coast.

The GURP TT is the first race of the year! It’s a good omen for the CFS riders, who will be arriving sharpened up and ready to test themselves one last time before the grand finale in Le Touquet: the Enduropale.

The GURP is a CFS event that takes place in the forest and covers a total of 13.2 kilometres of track.

The HourCancilloise is a 57km race around Lake Hourtin-Carcans, where endurance and solidarity go hand in hand. What makes it special? It takes place in pairs of runners and cyclists, in the paradise-like setting of France’s largest freshwater lake. Between the forest and the Atlantic Ocean, come and try this sporting challenge with friends, family or lovers. Good humour and the smell of pine trees guaranteed!

The Lacanau Triathlon is a triathlon competition in a remarkable setting: Lac du Moutchic in Lacanau. A sporting and festive programme, a variety of events and equipment tests are scheduled throughout the weekend in the race village.

The Médoc Atlantique Frenchman Triathlon Festival was born of one ambition: to offer a triathlon in XXL format in the heart of the Médoc.

Following the success of its first edition, the Lacanau Alps Open returns for an even more ambitious. The Alps Tour, a 13-stage international tournament of which only 4 are held in France, will bring together renowned European golfers at Golf de l’Ardilouse for an exceptional competition in a unique natural setting.

As summer approaches, Carcans-Maubuisson is being transformed into an open-air stage! Over the course of a weekend, 15 troupes from the Cours Florent in Bordeaux, Brussels and Montpellier will take to the stage to perform their Court Théâtre play. Facing the general public and a panel of professional judges, they will compete for the top prize.

Put on your best suit and head to the beautiful seaside resort of Soulac-sur-Mer to relive the era of the first sea baths. Each year, a different theme takes centre stage, and from the arrival of the steam train, to the market of yesteryear, to the musical entertainment in the town, an entire community relives the 1900s.

Every year, on the second weekend in June, Hourtin Port plays host to this not-to-be-missed family event. On the Île aux Enfants, young and old come together for a magical weekend of varied entertainment. Singers, storytellers, face-painters and artists from all walks of life delight the young spectators, offering moments of joy and sharing as a family !

The idea of organising this Beach Hand tournament came about thanks to the members of the Lacanau Océhand club. Their ambition is to develop this discipline, which is very popular in Europe but little known in France.

On the programme: a tournament with international professional matches and, prior to the tournament, discovery workshops for schoolchildren will be organised to introduce as many people as possible to this sport, which combines competition and respect for the environment. All holidaymakers are welcome to come and cheer them on.
