How to get there?
By car, from Lacanau or Carcans-Maubuisson, take the D6E1 as far as the reserve car park (place called Marmande). Then take the footpath for 1.5 km.
There are cycle paths leading to the Règue Verte or Lesperon cycle parks, near the walking loop.
The richness of these places is also to be respected. Only bicycles are allowed. Dogs are tolerated, but only on a lead.
In summer, remember to bring a hat or cap, enough water as the heat can be strong, as well as anti-mosquito lotion and a lock for your bike.
