Afro Aero taster session

The USCH Gym Section invites you to a taster session of Afro Aero with Coach Tanou – an energetic activity open to all, combining cardio exercises and African rhythms in a friendly and festive atmosphere. See you on 23 June at the Hourtin village hall from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Register on the day from 6 pm; price: €8. Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water!
