Concert in La Java : Sahad
As part of his European tour, the Senegalese artist Sahad will be performing at La Java in a concert blending Afrobeat, soul, jazz, funk, Malian blues and world music on Thursday 2 July from 8.00 pm to 9.30 pm.
A leading figure on the contemporary African music scene, Sahad has developed a musical style drawing on a wide range of influences. His powerful voice, infectious rhythms and stage presence give rise to music that is rich and inviting, perfect for dancing and sharing.
Each concert takes the audience on a journey through different cultures and sounds, in a lively and unifying atmosphere.
This special event is organised in collaboration with Le Pas de Lune in Bordeaux.
