French International Championships l ILCA - Organized by the CVBCM
From July 11 to 14, 2026, the CVBCM will host the 2026 ILCA French International Championships (National ILCA on the federal calendar) at the Domaine de Bombannes (Carcans-Maubuisson).
This major event brings together enthusiasts of the ILCA dinghy (formerly Laser) for several days of regattas on Lake Carcans-Hourtin, in a natural setting between fresh water and pine forest, close to the breeze, with starts, buoy passages, and finishes punctuating the day.
It's the perfect event for a day out in the fresh air: the lake and pine forest of the Domaine de Bombannes offer the ideal natural setting to enjoy the atmosphere of a major sailing event, even if you're not an expert.
Advice for spectators: viewing is from the edge of the Domaine/club (depending on the organization and weather conditions).
