The Housing Fair in Carcans

Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., join us at the Carcans Town Hall, in the Council Chamber, for the Housing Fair—a free event open to everyone, dedicated to housing, rights, and available assistance.

Do you have questions about your housing situation, a renovation or construction project in the works, a desire to reduce your energy consumption, or a need to learn about the assistance programs you may be eligible for? Several professionals will be on hand to answer your questions and provide guidance tailored to your situation.

Throughout the day, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss topics such as construction, renovation, energy savings, aging in place, financial assistance, and housing-related rights.

The Rencontres de l’habitat will also host Créaq’s Éco’Mobile truck. A true mobile outreach tool, it allows us to reach out directly to residents to inform and advise them on issues related to the quality of their homes.

Several local organizations will be present: Médoc Atlantique, the Economic Development Department / Bus France Services, SOliHA, ALEC, and Créaq.

This is an opportunity to meet the right people, ask your questions, and discover solutions tailored to your housing needs at every stage of life.

Admission is free.
