The Carcans Festival Committee is hosting a dinner dance featuring island flavors on Saturday, November 10, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Salle de la Bugade in Carcans-Ville.
The meal will begin with crispy, slightly spicy cod fritters, followed by chicken colombo served with fragrant rice. To end on a sweet note, a coconut flan with a cookie will be served before the dance party begins.
DJ Smiley will keep the party going with music to keep the evening going.
This is an opportunity to share a tropical-inspired meal and enjoy a festive evening with friends or family.
