Located between the ocean (300 m) and Lac de Maubuisson (3 km), the villa is set in a small, quiet, wooded and secure development. The heart of Carcans Plage is 300 m away, with bars, restaurants, pizzerias, surf clubs and grocery shops. You can pick up fresh bread in the morning on foot or by bike and enjoy the market every Monday morning. This is one of the few villas with a direct view of the forest from a large, partially covered terrace.

The garden level offers a very large room with living room and kitchen (dining table for 8 people), 1 bedroom with double bed, a spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower and two washbasins. Separate WC with washbasin.
The living room has 2 large French windows and opens onto a large terrace, which is sheltered from the sea breeze and partly covered, making it ideal for summer meals. The terrace connects to the garden where children can play freely.

Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and 2 further bedrooms with single beds. The good-sized bathroom has 2 washbasins and a shower. There is a separate WC with washbasin.
There is also an outdoor shower protected from view.
There are plenty of books, comics and games (lego, kapla, board games, toy cars, etc.) for children.
The garden also offers a great play area.

From the villa, you can walk to the beach or cycle to it in 2 minutes. The cycle path that follows the coast from the mouth of the Gironde to Biarritz passes 150m from the chalet.
You can go swimming at Lac de Maubuisson or go to the resort of Lacanau, always very lively, 10 minutes away by car or 30 minutes by bike through the forest.

Arrival between 17:00 and 19:00 and departure before 10:00.

A deposit of 50% of the total rental price must be paid (by bank transfer or cheque).
