Music Festival with Maison Pada
Maison Pada is celebrating the arrival of summer and the Fête de la Musique with two events on Sunday 21 June at the Maison de la Glisse in Lacanau-Océan.
From 9am to 11am, a group session of 108 sun salutations will be held on the forecourt opposite the skatepark, overlooking the ocean. Led by four instructors, this session will help participants build endurance, concentration and mindfulness, whilst welcoming the summer solstice in a friendly atmosphere.
Participation is free for members of the Maison Pada association and the Lacanau Surf Club. Fee for non-members: €5.
From 6.30 pm, the day will continue with a concert by the band Rave2Jazz, in front of the beach entrance.
