As part of Pink October 2026, the Danse & Vous association is organising a workshop for adults on Tuesday 27 October from 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm in the COSEC dance studio in Lacanau-Ville.
To mark Pink October, Véronica is running a ‘Movement & Wellbeing’ workshop, open to everyone, offering a chance to relax, listen to your body and switch off.
This workshop invites everyone to gently get moving again and take some time for themselves in a caring, warm and supportive environment.
No special requirements: simply come along in comfortable clothing and enjoy this interlude dedicated to wellbeing and sharing.
