‘Run for Pink October’ event
As part of Pink October, a morning of sport and charity is being organised in Naujac-sur-Mer to raise awareness of breast cancer screening and support the fight against the disease.
The event invites participants to run, get active and come together in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Date: Sunday 4 October
Meet at 10.30 am
Venue: in front of Naujac Town Hall
5 km charity run
A 5-kilometre run is available to participants for a fee of €5.
The aim is to take part in physical activity whilst supporting the fight against breast cancer.

A charity event
The funds raised are donated to Rose Médoc, a charity dedicated to the fight against breast cancer.
An additional donation is also possible for those who wish to support the cause further, even if they do not take part in the race.
Social meal
After the sporting event, participants can continue the festive atmosphere over a meal:

The spirit of the event
This morning combines sport, socialising and solidarity. It is open to anyone wishing to take part in a collective initiative as part of Pink October.

The event is organised with the support of the Town of Naujac, the League Against Cancer and Rose Médoc, centred on the message: ‘All together against breast cancer’.
