On the grounds of our beloved Médoc in our 1500 m² horticultural greenhouse, four basins contain our spirulina, micro-algae with numerous benefits.

Spirulina helps to strengthen your body. Rich in vitamins and iron, it acts as a real natural "boost".
It can be consumed alone or as an accompaniment (smoothie, guacamole, salad ...).

At the farm, we harvest, vacuum press, transform into flakes, dehydrate at low temperature, manually bag (after analysis) and market our spirulina.
