Salle des fêtes, 8 rue de lachanau, Hourtin-Ville, 33990 Hourtin

On 22 October, Hourtin will come alive with urban culture as part of Street Culture Hourtin, an event organised by the local council.
From 2.00 pm at the village hall, young and old alike are invited to explore different aspects of urban culture through workshops, demonstrations and performances.
From 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm, participants can take part in a series of rotating workshops: an introduction to graffiti with Foksabouge, an introduction to street dance, and a hip-hop workshop with Michelle, a dance teacher from the USCH. A great opportunity to try out new disciplines, express your creativity and enjoy a friendly get-together.
From 4.30 pm, the spotlight will be on the show, featuring several demonstrations and a freestyle battle: the Street Danse company, the battle participants and USCH students will showcase their talent to the public. Parents and visitors are invited to come and cheer on the young people and enjoy these demonstrations.
To round off the afternoon, the festivities will continue until 6.00 pm with music, on-site refreshments and a photo booth so you can take home a souvenir of the day.
Free event.
