Join us on Sunday 19 July 2026 at 9.30 pm at L’Amélie for a musical evening with a Brazilian flavour featuring RITA RITA.
A trance-inducing Brazilian dance party with Rita Macedo, a Franco-Brazilian singer and accordionist (Femmouzes T), and four other musicians from the Collectif – Louis Lubat, Jaime Chao, Brice Matha and Yoann Scheidt. After around ten years of performing together, they have now decided to tackle the Brazilian repertoire and Rita’s Bahian heritage, giving it a fresh twist and taking it down unexpected paths. With an original array of instruments – vocals, accordion, a modified saxophone and two drum kits – RITA RITA strikes the perfect balance, creating a fusion between the power of the traditions Rita carries in her voice and the improvisational madness of Uzest.
