Surfing Competition: The Super Rascals
From 5 to 7 July, as part of the Caraïbos Lacanau Pro, the town of Lacanau and the Gironde Surfing Committee are hosting the 12th edition of the junior surfing competition ‘Les Supers Canailles by Banque Populaire’. The competition will take place on the seafront at Lacanau-Océan.
The competition features specific formats designed to encourage the development and enjoyment of surfing amongst the youngest participants.
There will be three categories:
- Les Mini Canailles: under 8 years old
- Les Canailles: 8 to 10 years old
- Les Supers Canailles: 10 to 12 years old
Registration is open on the Gironde Surfing Committee’s website and via Helloasso (registration closes on 30 June at 8.00 pm).
All U12 results will count towards the national rankings of the French Surfing Federation.
The draw tables and the provisional programme will be posted on the Committee’s Facebook and Instagram pages from Friday 3 July at 12 noon.
Open to all.
