Girls take center stage on the water!

On Sunday, July 26, the Bombannes Carcans-Maubuisson Sailing Club (CVBCM) invites you to the Domaine de Bombannes in Carcans-Maubuisson for a regatta unlike any other: "Women at the Helm."

The message here is clear: whether the crews are 100% female or mixed, it's the women who are at the helm. It's a concrete, joyful, and athletic way to highlight their place in sailing, where they are still underrepresented in competitions and clubs.

Beyond performance, this regatta has a real ambition: to increase the visibility of women in sailing and remind us how much the sport needs inspiring role models who can encourage younger generations to get involved, be bold, gain confidence... and chart their own course, both literally and figuratively.
