Retreats, beach yoga and teacher training

Yoga sur Mer offers Vinyasa Yoga classes on the beaches of Soulac in July and August. In May, June and September, you can take part in yoga retreats and yoga & surf retreats for women at a campsite in Le Verdon by the sea. Various styles are taught: Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin and Yoga Therapy. Visit Katja Thomsen’s Yoga sur Mer website to find out the dates of the Yoga Alliance Continuing Education teacher trainings. The yoga teacher, who lives in Soulac, has been teaching yoga full-time since 2003.
