A walk to identify edible plants and enjoy a wild aperitif
Thursday 30 July and Tuesday 4 August, from 6.00 pm, a walk followed by an informal drinks reception at the Port de Neyran in Soulac-sur-Mer
Join me on this remarkable site in the Northern Médoc, rich in wild plants typical of salt marshes.
We’ll identify edible plants and discuss their uses.
The outing concludes with a wild tasting featuring glasswort and sea purslane.
