Friday 26 June at Port de Neyran, from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm: a walk to identify edible plants followed by a wild aperitif.
Join me on this remarkable site in the northern Médoc, rich in wild plants typical of salt marshes.
We will identify edible plants and discuss their uses.
The outing concludes with a wild tasting featuring glasswort and sea purslane.
