Thursday 13 August, from 6.00 pm, a walk followed by a tasting session at the Port de Neyran in Soulac-sur-Mer

Join me on this remarkable site in the Northern Médoc, rich in wild plants typical of salt marshes.
We’ll identify edible plants and discuss their uses.
The outing will conclude with a tasting featuring glasswort and sea-leek, along with refreshing herbal drinks.
