Located in Le Verdon-sur-Mer, La Gam’guette du Verdon aquaculture farm breeds and refines Claires du Médoc oysters and prawns in an exceptional natural environment: marshes fed by the waters of the Gironde Estuary.

*Our Claires du Médoc oysters*

Created in 2015, our production of fine, special, and super special oysters is the result of several years of work to revive oyster farming in the northern Médoc region.

Recognizable by their "Claires du Médoc" appellation, our oysters are distinguished by:
- Generous flesh,
- Balanced salinity,
- A subtle, iodine-rich taste with hints of hazelnut,
- A beautiful length on the palate.

*Our Médoc prawns*

Raised in a natural environment since 1997 on 18 hectares of marshland, our imperial prawns (Penaeus japonicus) grow in sediment-rich waters.
Sold live and without preservatives, they are caught at night using the traditional capéchade technique, guaranteeing optimal freshness.
