Musical'Océan : « CONTINUUM »

The Musical’Océan Festival will take place from 20 to 22 August and from 24 to 26 August 2026 at the Salle l’Escoure in Lacanau-Océan.

In the height of summer, Lacanau is transformed into a musical hotspot with the Musical’Océan Festival, an unmissable event for lovers of classical and world music. This festival, which is both sophisticated and accessible, brings together the great works of the classical repertoire with contemporary compositions and exceptional international artists.

On Thursday 20 August at 9.00 pm, the ‘CONTINUUM’ concert will take place:

Percussion spans the ages and civilisations through an innovative array of instruments: wood, glass, metal, skins… From Bach’s music to the gems of Érik Satie and Philip Glass’s iconic études, not to mention a few original compositions, each piece reveals an extraordinary palette of colours!
