Come and see the “GOP, Grand Orchestre de Poche” perform on Friday 31 July, from 9.30 pm, in the square in front of the basilica.

The Grand Orchestre de Poche (G.O.P.) brings together three ukulele enthusiasts determined to showcase the full potential of this little instrument, with a healthy dose of humour and self-deprecation. At their very first major recital, nothing goes to plan: one unexpected event follows another, blunders pile up, and the concert gradually descends into irresistible chaos.

Between reimagined covers, original compositions and farcical situations, these three clown-like musicians do their best to see their show through to the end. A quirky, funny and lively concert, where one disaster follows another, much to the audience’s delight.
