Conférence - Réponses des forêts littorales au changement climatique avec le CPIE Médoc
Lecture on Wednesday 25 November 2026, from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm at the Maison de Grave, Le Verdon-sur-Mer
What does the future hold for the Médoc’s forests in the face of climate change?
Faced with global warming and coastal erosion, the Médoc’s forests are confronting numerous challenges. How will they adapt to these upheavals? What role can certain species, such as the holm oak, play in the future of these natural areas?
To explore these questions, Sylvain Delzon, an agroecology researcher at INRAE, will share his knowledge and research, using the Pointe de Grave forest as an example, where the holm oak plays a significant role.
