Fête de la Gaïté
The town hall is organising a closing event to mark the end of the summer season on Saturday 29 August at 7 pm at Place de la Gaïté in Lacanau-Ville.
From 7.30 pm, Lacanau invites you to celebrate the end of the 2026 summer season at a festive evening featuring concerts, food trucks and children’s entertainment.
The evening will kick off with Kuppid, a young artist with a distinctive voice, whose musical style blends jazz, pop and soul.
The audience will then be treated to a performance by Rita Macedo, a Franco-Brazilian singer and accordionist, accompanied by four musicians from the Parti Collectif. Together, they will present a warm and lively Brazilian dance party, inspired by the forró of the Nordeste, coco and candomblé.
Refreshments, food and family entertainment will also be available throughout the evening, in a friendly atmosphere to bring the summer to a close with music.
