NR Fitness Club

Atlantic 'Gym is a fitness center open 7 days a week from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm. Optional group lessons (abs, buttocks, pilates, special abs, stretching, body bar, overall gym, ...) indoors or outdoors depending on the time of year, and bodybuilding room.

A course of Fit'Tramp (course of trampoline fitness cardio) is also added to the many activities !!!
