"The superb wood-frame villa "Le Gourbet" welcomes you for a dream stay only 100m from the ocean, in Carcans.

The location of the house is idyllic, close to everything and especially to the ocean beaches. In addition to the fact that it already has this very good asset, it offers an excellent standard. The warmth of the wood and the soft colours of the rooms create an extremely cosy atmosphere.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are parental with private shower rooms. The 2 others also share theirs. A fourth bedroom is on the ground floor. Its configuration is ideal to accommodate 2 families for example, i.e. 13 to 15 people, with in addition baby cots available.

The living room has a nice surface of 40m2 and the fully equipped kitchen is perfectly functional. The villa's ultimate asset is its garden and extra large terrace. 2 tables, armchairs, deckchairs and a barbecue... here, you can enjoy your holiday in style!
