With family or friends, around the largest freshwater lake in France, come and take part in the 9th edition of the Frenchman, from the 18th to the 20th of May 2023. A multi-sports weekend open to all. Whether you are experienced, amateur or a family team, take part in this great event in Carcans-Maubuisson.
3 race formats
The M format is the shortest course of the event:
- 1.9 km swimming, 40 km cycling and 10 km running.
The L format is a little longer and offers a 1.9m swim, 90km bike and 21km run.
The XXL format is the most impressive, with 3.8 km of swimming, 180 km of cycling and 42 km of running.
The 2023 edition already announced from the 18th to the 20th of May 2023!
This XXL format event allows athletes to give their all in swimming, cycling and running around the lake of Carcans-Hourtin.
